Twistercup XI
Becker Marine Systems´ new company headquarters in the harbour of Hamburg-Harburg was for the first time the location of the Twistercup. So instead of man-made indoor wind conditions the contestants had to face the challenging winds and waters of the Ziegelwiesenkanal, a small waterway right beside the Becker headquarters.
Mr. Hans-Uwe Schnoor of HSVA took the opportunity to win his thrid title in a row and his fifth Twistercup winner title in total. Mr. Johannes Strobel followed as second and Mr. Til Rummenhohl finishing third.
